Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 02, 2026

This policy explains how TestMySetup (https://www.example.com), operated by RKS Consulting LLC ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the site.

Your device data stays on your device

All tests on this site run locally in your web browser. When you use the webcam, microphone, keyboard, mouse, speaker, screen or controller tests, the video, audio, key presses and other inputs are processed on your device only. We do not upload, record, store or have access to any of it. Snapshots and recordings you create are kept in your browser or saved directly to your device, and are discarded when you close the page.

Camera and microphone access is only requested when you press a start button, and you can revoke it at any time in your browser settings.

Analytics

We may use privacy focused analytics, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, to count page views and understand which tests are useful. This collects aggregate information such as pages visited, referring site, country, and browser type. It does not use cookies to track you across sites.

Advertising and cookies

This site is supported by advertising and may display ads served by Google and other advertising partners.

Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked for consent before advertising cookies are used. You can change your choices at any time.

For more information, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal information. Because the tests do not collect personal data, there is usually nothing for us to provide or delete. For any privacy question, contact Angadjot.Sandhu@outlook.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
