Use of the site

The tests are provided free of charge for personal and business use. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a high rate, or misuse it.

No warranty

The site and its tests are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Results are for general guidance only and may vary by browser, device, driver and operating system. A test result is not a professional diagnosis of your hardware.

Flashing content

The dead pixel fixer displays rapidly flashing colors. Do not use it if you are sensitive to flashing lights or have photosensitive epilepsy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RKS Consulting LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including any damage to hardware, speakers or hearing. Keep volume at a safe level when using the speaker tests.

The site may display ads and links to third party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
